4. Pre-Owned (Used) Products

All pre-owned devices sold by Apple Buy Egypt are professionally inspected and tested before being offered for sale.

Verifying that all major functions operate properly.

Clearly describing the cosmetic condition of each device.

Disclosing any visible signs of previous use on the product page.

Customers may return or exchange a used device within 14 days only if it has a technical defect that was not disclosed before purchase.

The warranty and return policy do not cover cosmetic imperfections or conditions that were clearly described prior to the sale.

5. Warranty

Apple Buy Egypt provides a 14-day limited warranty starting from the date the customer receives the product.

The warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

Physical damage.

Liquid damage.

6. Non-Returnable Items
